EXCHANGE / REFUND/ RETURN POLICY

1. EXCHANGE: (ONLY VALID FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS)

Eligibility-

Your purchase is eligible for exchange if it meets the following requirements-

  • If the product you received is damaged.

(Please share a photograph of the damaged product at care@suurasa.com within 7 days of receiving the product.)

  • If the product you ordered needs to be exchanged in size.

(If the new size requested is out of stock, we will issue a coupon code which will be valid for 6 months. This coupon code can be used to make a purchase for the same value or higher from our online store)

  • If you don’t like the style of the product that you received.

(In this case, we will issue a coupon code which will be valid for 6 months and can be used to make a purchase of the same value or higher. We will not limit your options, you will be able to choose from our complete online collection)

Policy-

  • If your order is eligible for Exchange kindly inform us of the problem by sending us an email at care@suurasa.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Our customer care team will get back to you within 48 hours.
  • The Exchange Process takes 7 - 10 days
  • If your order is eligible for Exchange, we will schedule a pickup for the garments within 48 hours of receiving the email. All additional information will be provided via email.
  • Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
  • We allow multiple size exchanges if we have available stock in your required size.
  • If the size you want in exchange is ‘Out of Stock’, you will be issued a coupon code which will be valid for 6 months. The coupon code issued can be used to make a purchase from our complete online collection for the same value or higher. 
  • All courier charges for exchanges will be borne by us.

 

2. RETURN/REFUND: (VALID FOR BOTH DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)

Eligibility-

Your purchase is eligible for a refund if it meets the following requirements-

  • In the event that you receive a product that is Damaged or Defective.
  • In the case that we send the wrong style or size of a product from the one ordered.

Policy-

  • If your order is eligible for Return/ Refund kindly inform us of the problem by sending us an email at care@suurasa.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Our customer care team will get back to you within 48 hours.
  • The Refund Process takes 7 - 10 days.
  • If your order is eligible for Return we will schedule a pickup for the product within 48 hours of receiving the email. All additional information will be provided via email.
  • Please ensure the returned merchandise is unused and has the original packaging, price tag, and invoice.
  • All courier charges for return will be borne by us.
  • SUURASA reserves the right to inspect a returned product before processing the refund.
  • In case of a Refund, the amount will be refunded using the same online mode of payment through which it was originally made within 15 days of the request being verified and subject to the issuing bank's policy. If the payment method was Cash on Delivery we will ask for your bank account details via your registered email address.

 

3. COUPON CODE:

  • To redeem a Coupon Code, please sign in to the account associated with the customer in whose name and email address the coupon code has been issued.
  • The coupon code is sent to the email address the customer had registered with.
  • The coupon code is only valid for the online store.
  • The coupon code is valid for one-time use only, so please shop for more than the discounted amount as a remainder amount will not be carried forward.
  • The coupon code is valid for six months. If the coupon code expires the amount will not be refunded and the coupon code will not be issued again, so please use it till it’s valid.
  • Coupon code policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
